Asset & Operations Director 

Mr. de Labouchere leads and supports the development of the Asset & Operations strategy for Atlantic Shores’ offshore wind projects. He joins Atlantic Shores from EDF Renewables, where he most recently served as Vice President of the Asset Operation Solutions Division based in France. The division performs remote monitoring activities for onshore and offshore wind assets and provides O&M engineering innovative solutions for more than 7GW of assets. As a member of the Industry Division Executive Committee at EDF Renewables, he was also a board member of several O&M subsidiaries of EDF Renewables in Europe. Mr. de Labouchere played a major role in setting up EDF Renewable Services, the Operation and Maintenance organization in Europe. Earlier in his career, he worked three years for a wind turbine OEM and he also spent nine years in the design and construction of hydro projects for various projects in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. He has lived and worked in France, Morocco, Ukraine, and California and spent significant time working in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia. Mr. de Labouchere holds a master’s degree from Polytech Montpellier (France) in Electrical Engineering.
