Commercial Director 

Mr. Donnelly leads Atlantic Shores’ Commercial team which includes Business Development, Offtake Bids, Local Content, Workforce Development and other commercial responsibilities across the organization’s portfolio. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer for Strata Clean Energy and spent 9 years at EDF Renewables where he held roles in Financing & Strategy, Business Development, Valuation, and Asset Management. Mr. Donnelly has worked on technologies and projects covering solar, storage, onshore wind, offshore wind, biogas, and biomass. He has extensive experience negotiating various transaction contracts and offtake agreements in both the utility-scale and Commercial & Industrial markets. He has closed transactions exceeding $1 billion and taken to market over 2,600 MW of wind and solar projects with Southern Power Company, AEP, Goldman Sachs Renewable Power, Key Equipment Finance, Tortoise/EcoFin, and more. He has also played an active role in the corporate acquisitions of OwnEnergy, groSolar, and EnterSolar. Mr. Donnelly holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Duke University.
